MICROWAVE MEATLOAF | |
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck 1 c. bread crumbs 1/2 c. water 1 pkg. Beefy onion dry soup mix 1/2 tsp. salt Mix thoroughly and put into microwave safe dish (9 x 9). Press firmly into sides of dish then make a hole in the center. This allows for more even cooking. Microwave for 20 minutes at 60% power. Pour grease off and check for doneness. NOTE: I put a layer of aluminum foil on top of meatloaf, but not down sides. Fold back to fit just on top, then put cover on dish. This keeps from having over done spots on edges and top. |
