1/2 c. Argo starch
Sm. amount of cold water
1 qt. boiling water
1/2 c. Ivory Snow
Sm. amount liquid or powdered tempera paint

Soften starch in small amount of cold water. Add 1 quart of boiling water and stir to thick paste. Let cool a little before adding Ivory Snow and small amount of paint. Stir until mixed. Store in refrigerator in covered container. Good to use a washable paint for coloring.
