WEST COAST CHICKEN | |
1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. frozen orange concentrate, thawed 3 tbsp. butter, melted 1 tsp. ginger 2 tsp. soy sauce 2 1/2 lb. chicken thighs, skinned Combine salt, pepper, orange juice, butter, ginger and soy sauce. Grease 11 x 7 baking pan. Place chicken single layered in pan. Baste well with sauce. Cover; refrigerate overnight. Bake covered at 350 degree about 50 minutes, then uncovered for 10 minutes. Baste once with sauce during cooking. |
