CORNBREAD CASSEROLE | |
1 egg, beaten 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. melted butter 1 (8 oz.) can cream style corn 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn 1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl; mix well. Stir in muffin mix. Pour into greased 9 inch square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 6 servings. |
