SPRITZ COOKIES 
2 1/4 c. flour (sifted)
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

With pastry blender, cut butter into dry ingredients until full of very fine lumps. Add eggs to equal 1/4 cup. Add vanilla. Fill cookie press and bake on ungreased cookie sheet.
