CRABBY MUSHROOMS 
6 oz. can crabmeat or 1/2 lb. fresh crabmeat
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. chopped black olives
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
24 mushrooms
Grated Parmesan

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss crabmeat with lemon juice. Add next 5 ingredients and mix. Fill mushroom caps with mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Rinse baking sheet with water. Arrange mushrooms on sheet. Cover with foil. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking about 5 minutes.
