CRANBERRY BREAD WITH STREUSEL
TOPPING
 
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar (packed)
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. grated orange zest
1/2 c. whole cranberry sauce
Streusel Topping (see below)

In a large bowl cream butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar. Add eggs and stir. In a medium bowl mix flour, baking powder, salt and orange zest. Add to butter mixture alternately with milk. Stir in cranberry sauce. Spoon into pans to half full. Sprinkle with Streusel Topping. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes.

Streusel Topping:

1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, softened
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Mix in medium bowl using fork until crumbly.
