SPANISH MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 c. cooked rice
1 can tomato soup
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1 sm. onion, chopped fine

Mix all ingredients except soup and form into balls. Put them in an oiled baking dish. Make these meatballs about golf-ball size. Cover them with tomato soup. Bake at 400 degrees for an hour.
