1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. BLAIR powdered cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 c. finely chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. BLAIR vanilla flavoring

Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, add flour, baking soda and powdered cinnamon and salt; beating well after each addition. Stir in apples and nuts. Mixture will be very thick. Press into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
