ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 doz. soft tortillas, cut in fourths
1 can green chili peppers
1 lb. ground beef

Brown meat. Add green chili peppers, drained and chopped, with all remaining liquids. Place small amount of liquids on bottom of casserole. Line casserole with tortillas. Layer meat, cheese, sauce and tortillas until casserole is filled. Top with cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes.

Serves 6.
