3 SOUP ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
Brown 1 pound hamburger meat and one medium chopped onion. Drain grease.

In large pan combine:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can diced green chilies
1 can mild enchilada sauce

Add meat and onion mixture. Cut up 1 dozen small corn tortillas in wedge shapes (like nacho chips). Add to other ingredients and mix well. Pour into casserole dish. Bake in 325 degree oven for 20 minutes. Top with grated cheese.
