1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Blend together. Press into 13"x9" pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Cool.

1 c. XXX sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 tsp. vanilla

Beat together above ingredients and spread over cooled crust. 3 c. milk

In a bowl mix pudding and milk together. When set pour over XXX layer. Cover with Cool Whip. Decorate with chopped nuts. Can use any flavor pudding.
