FETTUCINI ALFREDO 
1 box fettucini noodles
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. whipping cream at room temperature
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook fettucini according to package directions. Drain well and place in warm serving dish large enough for tossing. Add butter, cream, grated cheese and parsley; toss until fettucini is well coated. Salt and pepper to taste. Serves 6 to 8.
