TURKEY RECIPE 
12 or 14-lb. turkey
Salt
Pepper
Seasoning salt
Wesson oil
Celery leaves
Onion

Dry turkey thoroughly; salt and pepper or seasoning salt if you like it. Rub well with Wesson oil inside and out. Place onion and celery leaves inside bird. Place turkey on rack in roaster. Place in 400 degree oven. Bake 2 hours. Reduce heat to 150 degrees. Leave in oven overnight at this temperature.
