LOW-FAT OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. Flour
Egg Beaters equal to 1 Egg
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1/2 c. skim Evaporated Milk
4 Chicken Breasts, skin removed
2 c. Cornflake Cereal crumbs
Non-fat Cooking Spray

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine flour, Egg Beaters, garlic powder, paprika, and milk to make a batter. Dip chicken in mixture, then roll in corn flake crumbs. Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray. Place prepared chicken breasts in dish.

Bake 1 hour or until browned and done.
