CRISPY "FRIED" CHICKEN (LOW FAT) 
1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut up, skinless
2 eggs
4 tbsp. milk
2 1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Wash chicken, pat dry. Mix together eggs and milk. Mix together cornflakes, salt and pepper. Dip chicken into eggs and milk mixture, then into cornflake mixture. Place chicken on cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
