SLIM POTATO SALAD 
1 med. potato, cooked and diced
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped celery
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. low-calorie French dressing
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; toss lightly.

Note: Salad made with mayonnaise about 145 to 200 calories per serving. Makes 1 servings.
