TACORITOS 
SAUCE:

3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. water
1 c. milk
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. chili powder
Dash of hot sauce

MEAT FILLING:

2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion

12 flour tortillas
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Sharp Cheddar cheese
Sour cream

Brown ground beef with chopped onions. Mix together sauce ingredients and simmer about 15 minutes. Add 1 cup of sauce mixture to browned ground beef and onions. Simmer 5 minutes.

Fill a large tortilla with meat filling, shredded lettuce, tomatoes and shredded cheese. Roll tortilla. Cover 1/4 cup sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts or microwave for 2 minutes. Dab on sour cream.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
