EGG SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
6 slices bread, cubed
1 lb. Jimmy Dean regular or light sausage
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Butter a 13 x 9 inch casserole and place cubed bread over bottom. Place cooked and drained sausage over bread. Mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard and pour over sausage. Top with cheese. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Aluminum foil may be placed over top near end of cooking time to prevent cheese from getting hard. Serves 8 to 10.
