CHICKEN ROSEMARY 
6 only chicken breasts, skinned & boned
1/4 c. toasted sesame oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. celery & leaves, chopped
1/4 c. white wine
1 tbsp. rosemary, crushed in your palm

Coat chicken with hot sesame oil in steel skillet. Drain off all but about 2 tablespoons oil. Sprinkle with seasonings, add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 20 minutes, basting occasionally.
