PEG'S KANSAS CITY SALAD | |
1 head cauliflower, med. size 1 bunch broccoli 6 or 7 green onions 1 pkg. frozen peas, defrosted, not cooked 3/4 c. sour cream 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. horseradish Use flowerettes only of cauliflower and broccoli. Chop onions, tops and all. Mix vegetables. Blend cream, mayonnaise and horseradish and mix with vegetables. Refrigerate several hours before serving. Will keep several days in refrigerator. |
