SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 1/2 lbs. hash browns (2 sm. boxes)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion

Thaw potatoes and mix remaining ingredients with them. Put mixture in a 9"x12" baking dish. Spread topping on potato mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed Ritz crackers (or corn flakes)
1 c. melted butter
