CRUNCHY TOP POTATOES 
1/3 c. butter
3-4 lg. pared baking potatoes
3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. paprika

Melt butter in shallow pan or casserole in 375 degree oven. Add single layer of potatoes, cut crosswise in 1/2 inch slices. Turn once in butter. Mix in remaining ingredients, sprinkle over potatoes. Bake 1/2 hour or until done and tops are crisp. 4 servings.
