RUSSIAN CHICKEN 
1 (8 oz.) bottle of Russian salad dressing
1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 env. dry onion soup mix
6 chicken breasts

Combine the salad dressing, preserves and soup mix in a bowl; mix well. Stir in enough water to make of pourable consistency. Arrange the chicken breasts in a baking pan. Pour the apricot mixture over the chicken. Marinate in refrigerator overnight. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
