SWISS VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination, thawed and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 sm. jar chopped pimiento, drained
1 can French fried onions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimiento and 1/2 can of onions.
