GREEN BEANS WITH GARLIC 
1/4 lb. green beans, trimmed and cut
6 tbsp. olive oil
6 garlic cloves, crushed
3 c. fresh bread crumbs

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. When hot, add garlic. When garlic begins to turn transparent, add green beans. Stir, keeping the oil hot. When beans start to turn dark green, add bread crumbs. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serves 6.
