CURRIED HAM AND SWISS POTATO
SALAD
 
2 lbs. sm. red potatoes
1 c. Swiss cheese, cut into cubes
1 c. ham, cut into cubes

Cook potatoes just until tender. Don't over-cook. Cool. Cut into medium sized pieces. Place in large bowl with ham and cheese. Add dressing and mix well. Chill.

DRESSING:

1/2 tsp. curry
2 tsp. dried parsley
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. minced dried onion

Mix dressing ingredients together and allow to chill 1/2 hour before adding to salad. Add water as needed to them.
