TUNA CURRY 
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can water
1/4 tsp. or more curry powder
2 tbsp. butter
1 can tuna

Cook onion and celery in butter until onion is translucent. Add rest of ingredients. Adding curry powder to taste. Serve over cooked rice with raisins and peanuts. Serves 4-6.
