CARROT CAKE | |
1 1/2 c. oil 2 c. sugar 4 eggs 2 c. flaked coconut 1 c. raisins 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. vanilla 2 junior baby food carrots 1/2 c. crushed pineapple 2 1/4 c. flour Combine all ingredients in order given. Beat until smooth. Pour into 9x13 inch cake pan. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. HEAVY CAKE! |
