CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 head lettuce, broken into bite size pieces
1 med. heat cauliflower, separated into bite size pieces
1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled
1 med. onion, chopped
2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. sugar
Dash pepper

In a salad bowl layer half the lettuce, cauliflower, onion and bacon. Repeat.

Mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, sugar and pepper. Put mixture on top of layers, sealing it completely. Chill overnight or for 6 to 8 hours. Toss before serving.
