1/2 c. Bisquick
1 1/3 c. coconut
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
4 eggs

Put in blender for 2-3 minutes. Use 9 1/2 or 10 inch glass pie pan. Bake 40 minutes at 325 degrees. Check with toothpick (should come out clean). Chill 2 hours.
