ALL - IN - ONE DINNER 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. raw onion, sliced
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 c. raw potatoes, sliced or 1 c. uncooked Uncle Bens rice
1 c. celery, chopped
2 c. canned tomatoes
4 slices American cheese

Fry ground beef until brown. Pour off excess fat. Place alternate layers of ground beef and fresh vegetables in a greased casserole dish in order listed. Add salt and pepper to each layer. Pour tomatoes over all. Top with cheese slices and dot with butter. Cover casserole. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees or until vegetables are done. Serves 6.
