5 HOUR BEEF STEW | |
2 lbs. stew meat 3 cubes potatoes 2 carrots 2 onions 1 c. celery 1/2 green pepper (opt.) 1 can tomato soup 3 cans water 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. salt Mix vegetables and meat together. Mix soup, water, sugar and salt. Slow cook for 5 hours at 250 degrees. Thicken mixture with flour and water. |
