1 can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 stick butter, melted

Grease and flour pie plate. Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie plate. Sprinkle with nutmeg and bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
