RUTH'S LOBSTER PIE 
1 lb. lobster meat (tomalie & juice)
2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 c. melted butter
2 c. milk

Mix butter and crumbs. Cut lobster meat into 1" pieces and mix with juice and tomalie. Alternate meat and crumbs in a greased casserole dish. Pour milk over top and bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.

NOTE: Ruth made this a and pretty cake for Joe and I on our first anniversary, then taught me to make it. I have used this same recipe for other fish, e. g. scallops, shrimp, crabmeat, haddock, etc. and it is excellent.
