BERRY MUFFINS | |
2 cup raspberries 4 English muffins whipped cream Topping 1 cup rolled oats 1-2 tablespoons butter 1-2 tablespoons brown sugar Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cut the muffins in half, then use a large bowl and spoon to crush the raspberries. Then make the topping by mixing it together in a different bowl. Spoon the berries onto the muffins then spread on topping then place all eight muffins on cookie sheet and bake for about 7 minutes. When done let cool for five minuets and then spray whipped cream on muffins and serve. Submitted by: Day Chanslor |
