7 LAYER SALAD 
1/2 head lettuce
3/4 c. green onion
3/4 c. celery
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 pkg. frozen English peas
1 pt. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3 boiled eggs, chopped
2-3 tomatoes, chopped
1/4 lb. bacon, fried & crumbled

Layer lettuce, onion, celery, water chestnuts and still frozen peas in large bowl. Spread mayonnaise over evenly. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over salad. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Just before serving, layer eggs, tomatoes and bacon over salad. Serves 6-8.
