HOT MEXICAN DIP | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans 1 c. picante sauce 1 c. shredded cheese 1 c. sour cream 1 c. guacamole 1/4 c. chopped green onions 1/4 c. chopped parsley 1/4 c. pimentos or olives, chopped Fry beef and season to taste with salt and pepper. Layer as follows: refried beans, picante sauce, ground beef, and cheese. Warm in oven or microwave until cheese melts. Layer sour cream, guacamole, green onions, parsley, pimentos or olives. Serve with tortilla chips. |
