HOT MEXICAN DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 c. picante sauce
1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 c. guacamole
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. pimentos or olives, chopped

Fry beef and season to taste with salt and pepper. Layer as follows: refried beans, picante sauce, ground beef, and cheese. Warm in oven or microwave until cheese melts.

Layer sour cream, guacamole, green onions, parsley, pimentos or olives. Serve with tortilla chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
