WILD GOOSE OR DUCK ORANGE 
1 3/4 oz. pkg. brown gravy mix
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. hot water
2 tbsp. orange marmalade
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, thawed

Combine. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place large oven bag in 2 inch deep roasting pan. Put above ingredients in bag. Add goose turning well. Tie bag. Cut 6 (1/2 inch) slits in top of bag. Cook 2 to 2 1/2 hours (1 1/2 hours for duck). The sauce is your gravy. Delicious over meat.
