GRANDMA BECKER'S ORANGE DUCK 
1. Wash and drain and pat dry duck.

2. Salt inside and out.

3. Stuff with Orange Dressing.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2-3 hours.

5. Baste with Glaze last 1/2 hour.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. orange juice
3 tsp. grated orange rind
1/4 c. sugar

Boil 2 minutes. Add 1 orange, diced. Boil 5 minutes, glaze duck. Use rest as sauce.

ORANGE DRESSING:

Saute: 1/4 c. onion In 2 tbsp. butter

4 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. grated orange peel 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. diced orange sections with juice

Serves 4.
