NORWEGIAN LAMB STEW 
1 lb. lamb cubes
3 to 4 lbs. potatoes
2 to 3 onions
1 carrot
2 cans chicken broth
Pepper, salt to taste

Dice lamb, potatoes, onion, carrot real small. Boil in 3 quarts water and chicken broth 2 to 3 hours, very slowly until liquid thickens. Serve with rye bread or wasa bread.
