BUTTERSCOTCH BREAD PUDDING | |
4 slices white bread (broken in sm. pieces) 2 c. milk 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. dark brown sugar, packed 1 tsp. vanilla Mix and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve while warm with vanilla ice cream. |
