CHEESE POTATO DISH | |
2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes 1 stick butter 1 pt. sour cream 1/2 c. chopped onions 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted) Corn flakes or Total cereal Melt 1 stick butter and pour over frozen hash browns to coat. Melt together sour cream, onions, Cheddar cheese, salt, pepper and cream of chicken soup. Mix with potatoes and put into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine 2 cups crushed corn flakes or Total and 1/2 cup melted butter. Pour over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
