BAKED ONIONS 
4 lg. onions, sliced thick
1 (3 3/4 oz.) bag plain potato chips
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. red pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease or butter 13"x9" pan. Place a layer of onions, crushed potato chips and cheese. Repeat these layers again. Mix the soups and milk until smooth. Pour and cover casserole. Sprinkle with red pepper. Bake 1 hour. Separate rings as you put in pan. Serves 6 to 8.
