CHEESE STRAWS | |
3 or 4 oz. soft snappy cheese (Cracker Barrel) 1/4 c. butter 1/2 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt Cream cheese and butter, blend in flour and salt. Form in marble size balls and flatten with fork or use star cookie press. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 8 to 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Sprinkle with sesame and poppy seed. Chill in refrigerator 1 hour or so before baking. |
