1 lb. turnip greens 1 lb. mustard greens 1 lb. spinach 1/2 lb. salt pork 1 onion, chopped Soul food seasoning Check greens, pick, discard discolored leaves and stems. Wash thoroughly. Combine salt pork and water in Dutch oven. Cook about 15 minutes. Add greens, onions and seasoning. Cover and simmer over low heat about 1 1/2 to 2 hours until tender. |
