MATZO BALLS (KNAIDLACH) | |
2 eggs 1 tbsp. oil Salt 1/2 glass water 1/2 c. matzo meal Mix ingredients and refrigerate 1 hour. Boil salted water. Make small matzo balls and drop in large pot of boiling water. Cook until fluffy, at least 1/2 hour. Serve in chicken soup. |
