GRILLED HONEY BURGERS 
1/2 c. honey
1/4 tsp. each: cinnamon, paprika and curry powder
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 large can sliced pineapple, drained
2 lb. ground beef
8 hamburger buns, split and lightly toasted
lettuce leaves

In a bowl, combine honey, cinnamon, paprika, curry powder, ginger and nutmeg. Add beef and mix well. Shape into 8 (3/4-inch) thick patties. Grill, uncovered, over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side; brush with soy sauce. Continue cooking for several minutes until juices run clear, basting and turning several times. During last few minutes, grill pineapple slices until lightly browned, turning once.

Serve burgers and pineapple slices on buns with lettuce. These can easily be cooked on stove top in a skillet if you don't want to grill.
