HOT MULLED CIDER 
1 gallon apple cider
1/4 c. honey
Juice of 1/4 lemon
2 tbsp. whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick

Combine all ingredients in pan and place on fire. Heat slowly and simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot. If any leftover is kept, always heat before serving. Serves 12.
