CORN MEAL PANCAKES 
1 c. flour
1 c. cornmeal
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. sugar
2 c. plain yogurt or 2 c. buttermilk
2 tbsp. oil
2 eggs

Sift dry ingredients. Add liquid ingredients. Whisk till smooth. Consistency should be like heavy cream. Add more milk to thin if necessary. Cook as you would do any pancake.
